Note: The Vinew is a for-profit company and cannot give out tax forms for your end of the year taxes. We can give you a form for a specific nonprofit from our list if one is needed.

If you represent a local 501(c) organization and are interested in receiving a portion of our resale profits,
please complete the request information form below.
Before applying, be sure to review the eligibility requirements carefully.
- Must be in Williamson County and sign our contract agreeing to the policies and practices we have in place.
- We draw from a lottery 3 weeks before the end of each quarter and selected organizations will be contacted. Two of the three selected vendors must be Liberty Hill or Bertram organizations.
- Selected 501Cs must advertise 2-3 times a week via social media, newsletter, or email to encourage your followers to donate, shop, or volunteer at The Vinew during the 3 months we are actively selling for you.
- Checks are paid on the 5th of every month.
